Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Energy named after A. Einstein

Born in 1959. Graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute with a degree in "Construction and Road Machines and Equipment," completed full-time postgraduate studies at the Almaty Road Institute, and defended his candidate dissertation.

Currently, he heads the Department of "Traffic Organization" at the Institute of Transport and Communications of KSTU.

Specialist in the field of road construction machines.

Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic (2003), Certificate of the State Agency for Science and Intellectual Property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (2004).

Excellence in Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (2004).

Published more than 50 scientific and methodological works, author of 5 inventions.
