Candidate of Technical Sciences. Born in 1953. Graduated from the Moscow Machine Tool Institute in 1975.
Worked at the Department of "Metal Technology and Materials Science" of the Kyrgyz Technical University.
His developments were recognized at the republican competition "Progressive Thought - to Production".
Awarded the jubilee medal "For Diligent Labor. In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of V. I. Lenin".
