Kendirbaeva Jumagul Zhumayevna
Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, Honored Worker of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. Born in 1949. Graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
Currently - Head of the Department of "Hydrogeology, Engineering Geology, and Oil and Gas Geology" at KGUT named after I. Razzakov.
Her scientific interests cover both theoretical and applied problems of water resources in mountainous Kyrgyzstan, including issues of water supply for territories, especially during low-water periods and vice versa, on practical ways to prevent negative consequences arising from their activities. Her scientific developments, which are released and marketed as finished products, testify to the real expansion of the mineral resource potential of the republic. She also conducts extensive research on assessing the quality of sources of central water supply for settlements and has developed an energy-saving scheme for their transition from groundwater to environmentally friendly surface runoff.
She is the author-initiator of the "Clean Water" project and the organization of production of products based on her own inventions, awarded with Honorary Certificates from the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Uzbekistan (1982) and the Ministry of Geology of the Kazakh SSR (1983), and is a three-time laureate of the Kyrgyzpatent competitions (1996, 1997, 1999, etc.).
Approximately 100 scientific works have been published, including 2 monographs co-authored, 4 technical specifications, and 4 pharmacopoeial articles on raw materials and finished products, 2 experimental-industrial regulations, and 1 technological instruction for the production of medicinal preparations.
