Lugovskaya Svetlana Alexandrovna
Born in 1941. In 1965, she graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of the Kyrgyz State University with a degree in organic chemistry.
She worked at the Institute of Organic Chemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the Frunze Biopharmaceutical Plant, two antitumor drugs were developed and protected by a copyright certificate. In collaboration with Kyrgyzbiopharm, technical specifications were developed for natural products: “COAX”, sorbent “SU”, aconite, SAD (sum of the alkaloids of elecampane), drug “SKO” (sum of carotenoids of sea buckthorn), drug “LAXES” (based on plant meal), drug “FAT” (fraction of tobacco alkaloids). At the Shostka Chemical Reagents Plant, the “Method for obtaining fructose”, “Method for processing waste from inulin production”, and “Method for obtaining sulfohumates from inulin meal” were implemented.
Her developments were awarded diplomas from the VDNH of the Kyrgyz SSR and Honorary Certificates from the All-Union Chemical Society named after Mendeleev.
She has published more than 65 scientific papers and is the author of 17 inventions.
