Nogai Svetlana Alexandrovna
Born in 1954. In 1978, she graduated from the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute named after K.I. Skryabin.
Currently, she works as an expert in the Examination Department of the State Patent Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of hydroautomation.
Published 11 scientific papers and is the author of 32 inventions.
