Candidate of Technical Sciences. Born in 1946. In 1970, graduated from the Hydromelioration Faculty of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute named after Skryabin.

Currently - Chief Scientific Consultant and Technical Director of the Public Association "Hydropulse" for the creation and implementation of unconventional energy installations - "Hydrotaran," "Micro HPP," "Thermal Station."

Specialist in the automation of hydraulic structures. His inventions have been implemented at the Western BCHK, on the "TUSH" canal in the Chui Valley of Kyrgyzstan, and on the Kryukov irrigation system in the Krasnodar region of Russia. Mass implementation of water level and flow regulators on tubular outlets using inventions protected by copyright certificates has been carried out in the irrigation systems of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Since 1991, he has been engaged in the development and implementation of hydraulic pumps based on the use of water flow energy and the phenomenon of hydraulic shock.

The water pumps "Hydrotaran" developed by him have been implemented at 100 facilities in Kyrgyzstan and tested in Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, South Korea, and Uzbekistan.

Published more than 25 scientific articles, author of 40 inventions patented in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Turkey.

Winner of two Republican inventor competitions in Kyrgyzstan (1996, 2001). Active participant in the exhibitions "Intellectual Resources of Kyrgyzstan."

Since 2008, a candidate for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences at the Department of "Hydrotechnical Construction and Water Resources" of KRSU.

1. Device for regulating water level in channels. Patent SU No. 37562, 1973, implemented in irrigation systems of the Chui region of Kyrgyzstan.
2. Water level regulator in the irrigation canal. Patent No. 868714, 1981.
3. Liquid level regulator in the irrigation canal. Patent No. 125-1036, 1986.
4. Flow regulator. Patent No. 1737413, 1992.
5. Hydraulic ram. Patent of the Russian Federation No. 2056548, 1996.
