Born in 1940. In 1963, he graduated from the Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute with a degree in radio electronics.

He worked as a leading specialist in the development of the orientation system for the study of Halley's Comet at the Special Design Bureau of the Institute of Space Research of the USSR Academy of Sciences. He developed devices for navigation and orientation using piezoelements, methods for controlling and monitoring automated processes, devices for defect control of needles in the light industry, and thermostats for automatic heating systems.

Currently, he works as a leading research associate in the "Automatic Control Systems" laboratory at the Institute of Automation of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Research area: automatic accounting and control systems for electricity.

He has published 90 scientific works and is the author of 20 inventions.
