Satarkulov Kalmyrza Asanovich

Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor. Born in 1946. Graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, where he also completed his postgraduate studies. In 1980, he defended his candidate dissertation.

Currently, he works at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razakov as the head of the Department of "Theoretical and General Electrical Engineering".

Specialist in the field of electrical insulation and cable technology.

Known for his research results in the field of electrical energy and electrophysics of heterogeneous dielectrics. He has results in number theory.

Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz SSR (1986), the badge "Excellence in Public Education of the KR" (1994), the Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science of the KR (1999), and the Honorary Certificate of the KR for special merits in the development of science, education, and training of qualified personnel (2004).

Published more than 90 scientific and educational-methodical works. Holds 8 author certificates and patents for inventions. Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.

2. Method for measuring electric current in the wires of power transmission lines. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 596, 2003.
3. Induction liquid heater. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 683, 2004.
4. Power resistor with a controllable volt-ampere characteristic and resistance value. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 1030, 2008.
5. Multi-electrode capacitor. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 1031, 2008.
