Candidate of Technical Sciences. Born in 1958. Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanization of Agriculture at the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute named after K. Skryabin.
Specialist in the mechanization of labor-intensive processes in agriculture.
Engaged in teaching activities. Works as the director of secondary school No. 79 in Bishkek and as an associate professor at the Kyrgyz Agrarian University concurrently.
Results of scientific research and inventive activities have been published in 62 printed scientific works. Author of 9 inventions, 3 of which have been implemented in production.
