
Fleker Andrei Andreevich
Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor. Born in 1940. In 1962, he graduated from the Mechanical Faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
He worked at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after Razakov as a lecturer in the Department of "Automation and Robotics" of the Mechanical Faculty.
In 1991, he immigrated to Germany to Paderborn. In Germany, he continued his scientific and teaching activities as Vice-Rector for Science at Paderborn University of Applied Sciences.
Specialist in the field of mechanical engineering and industrial robots. Developed 5 methodological manuals and is the author of 14 inventions.
