Khmilevsky Anatoly Sergeyevich
Born in 1947. Graduated from Tomsk Institute of Radio Electronics and Electronic Engineering.
Currently works as the head of the department of technical training aids at the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture.
Engaged in the development and design of radio telemetry devices, local automation, and non-traditional energy systems.
Author of 19 inventions, 7 of which are protected by preliminary patents of the Kyrgyz Republic.
