Uzbek. Born in Frunze.
Graduated from KGMI (1960), postgraduate studies there as well. Worked at GKB No. 2 as a clinical resident, surgeon-resident in the thoracic surgery department of RKB, head of the emergency surgery department, associate professor of the department of hospital surgery, head of the general surgery department of RKB, since 1992 - head of the surgery department of the Chui Regional Hospital, professor at KGMA.
Specialist in general and vascular surgery, anesthesiology, and resuscitation. Published more than 130 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 3 textbooks, and 2 inventions.
Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
