Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Svetlaya Polyana, Jeti-Oguz District, Issyk-Kul Region. Graduated from the K.I. Skryabin Agricultural Institute (1966). Worked as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department, dean, vice-rector, and rector of the Agricultural Institute, and since 1999 has been a leading specialist at the Rural Consulting Service of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in animal husbandry, sheep breeding, organization of rural education, and rural consulting. Awarded medals from the USSR.
Honored Worker of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic. More than 80 scientific works published, including 1 monograph, 7 textbooks, and methodological developments.
Under his supervision, 1 candidate dissertation has been defended.
