Kyrgyz. Born in Frunze. Graduated from Leningrad State University. Worked as a senior laboratory assistant, junior researcher, senior researcher, and leading researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since 1999, she has been an advisor to the management of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on personnel issues.
Specialist in social psychology and management psychology. Published over 40 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
