Uyghur. Born in the city of Przhevalsk, Issyk-Kul region.
Graduated from Przhevalsk State Pedagogical Institute (1980), postgraduate studies at the Institute of History, Philology, and Philosophy of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Worked as a senior lecturer at the pedagogical institute, associate professor at the branch of KSU, associate professor, head of the department, vice-rector, and since 1996 - professor at Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov.
Specialist in the modeling of the syntactic structure of Turkic languages, comparative and contrastive linguistics.
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 2 textbooks.
