Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Zhol-Bulak, Kemin District, Chui Region.
Graduated from KSU (1952), postgraduate studies at KSU and Kabardino-Balkar State University (Nalchik, 1958). Worked as a teacher in secondary school, assistant at KSU, lecturer at KBSU, junior researcher at the USSR Academy of Sciences (Kabardino-Balkar ASSR, Nalchik), head of the department at OGP Institute, dean of the Osh branch of the FPI, senior lecturer, head of the department, senior researcher, associate professor at OGP Institute, head of the department at KSHI, director of the Frunze Automobile Technical School, associate professor at FPI, senior researcher at KIO, professor at KG-MI, Republican Higher College, private educational institution, Balakchin Institute of Management and Law, since 1999 - professor at the Institute of Information and Management of the KGNU.
Specialist in the field of hydrodynamics of incompressible fluids.
Awarded medals of the USSR, Certificate of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (1964). Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000). Published more than 60 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 10 educational-methodical manuals.
