Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Yurievka, Issyk-Ata District, Chui Region.
Graduated from KGU (1976), postgraduate studies at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1979), and doctoral studies there (1992). Worked as a senior laboratory assistant, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor at KJPI, and since 1996 - head of the department at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of the history of international relations and political science. Published more than 40 scientific works.
Under her supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
