Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kotoromo, Kadamjay District, Batken Region. Graduated from KGMI (1992), and completed postgraduate studies there (1996) and doctoral studies (2001).
Worked as a junior researcher, senior researcher, and since 2000 - leading researcher at the Central Research Laboratory of KGMA. Specialist in pathological physiology and hygiene.
Published over 70 scientific works, including 1 monograph and 1 invention.
