Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Oktyabr in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region. Graduated from KazGU (Almaty, 1973), postgraduate studies at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Worked as a lecturer at KGIFK, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department, dean, senior researcher, and since 2000 - deputy director for science at the Institute for Targeted Training of Specialists at KGNU.
Specialist in the field of the history of philosophy and cultural studies. Academician of the International Public Aitmatov Academy (1994). More than 60 scientific works published, including 3 monographs. Under her supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
