Russian. Born in Tashkent, Uzbek SSR. Graduated from K.S. Skryabin Agricultural Institute (1952). Worked as an agronomist in MTS and a collective farm, research fellow, head of the sector, deputy director of the experimental station of KNIIZHV, chief specialist of the State Planning Committee of the Kirghiz SSR, head of the department and deputy director for scientific work at the Research Institute of Economic and Mathematical Planning of the State Planning Committee of the Kirghiz SSR. Specialist in increasing the efficiency of agriculture, prospective development and placement of agriculture, methodology of long-term forecasting. Awarded medals of the USSR.
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
