Born in the city of Kuznetsk, Penza region. Graduated from the Saratov Veterinary Institute (1924).

Worked as a scientific secretary of the biological department, vice-president of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, head of the microbiology laboratory of the Institute of Biology and Physiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR. Specialist in microbiology and veterinary medicine of agricultural animals.

Awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the Badge of Honor, and medals of the USSR. Honored Worker of Science of the Kirghiz SSR (1947). More than 150 scientific works published.
