Ukrainian. Born in the village of Ivanovtsy, Barsky District, Vinnytsia Oblast of the Ukrainian SSR. Graduated from the historical faculty of KSU. Worked as an associate professor, head of the Department of Political Economy at FPI, and professor at BGU. Specialist in the field of economic theory and the economy of the service sector.
Published more than 80 scientific works, including 2 monographs. Under his supervision, the first doctoral and candidate dissertations were defended.
