Tajik. Born in the village of Tajik-Kishlak, Frunze District, Osh Region. Graduated from KGMI (1980). Worked as a doctor at GKB No. 2, senior research fellow, head of the scientific department of cardiac and vascular radiology, and since 2002 - Deputy Director of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in cardiovascular and endovascular surgery. Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Kyrgyz Republic. Published more than 70 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
