Graduated from KGU (1974), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Automation of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1986). Worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Automation of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, senior lecturer, head of the department at KAA, and since 2000 - head of the science department of the State Agency for Science and Intellectual Property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, professor at KG-MI. Specialist in the field of fluid, gas, and plasma mechanics.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 1 invention. Under his supervision, 1 candidate dissertation has been defended.
