Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ak-Jar, Karasuu District, Osh Region. Graduated from KGMI and postgraduate studies. Worked as a district physician, chief physician of the district, associate professor, deputy director of the Institute of Ecology, deputy minister of health of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 1996 - representative of the regional office of WHO in the Nikor branch.
Specialist in the field of pulmonology and immunology. Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the DPRY (Yemen). Over 60 scientific works published, including 3 inventions. Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
