Kazakh. Born in the village of Akyr-Tyube, Lugovoy District, Jambyl Region of the Kazakh SSR. Graduated from KSMI (1962), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow, 1970).
Worked as a surgeon at the Naryn Regional Hospital, the Republican Clinical Hospital, the Talas City Hospital, as a surgeon and assistant at KSMI, head of the department at the Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, head of the Cardiovascular Surgery Department at the Research Institute of Cardiology and Emergency Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan (Almaty), and since 1992 - head of the Department of Cardiac Surgery at the National Center of Cardiology and Therapy of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as a consultant cardiac surgeon for the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of cardiovascular surgery. Academician of the Academy of Preventive Medicine of Kazakhstan. Awarded the "Dank" medal, a commemorative medal from Academician V.I. Burakovsky of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, a Certificate of Honor, and the "Altyn Koper" badge (Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Kyrgyz Republic).
Honored Doctor of the Kyrgyz Republic. Laureate of the I.K. Akhunbaev Prize. More than 140 scientific papers published, including 7 inventions. Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.
