Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Konur-Bazar, Talas District, Talas Region. Graduated from KGU (1953), and completed postgraduate studies there (1956). Worked as a senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department at KGU, rector of OGP, and head of the department at BSU.
Specialist in the field of philosophy. Awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples, orders and medals for the Great Patriotic War. Honored Teacher of the Kyrgyz SSR (1983). More than 40 scientific works published, including 5 monographs. Under his supervision, more than 20 candidate dissertations were defended.
