Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kara-Suu, At-Bashinsky District, Naryn Region.
Graduated from KSHI (1958), postgraduate studies at Kirg. NIIZH (1964).
Worked as a livestock specialist at the Republican breeding nursery, junior researcher, senior researcher at KirgNIIZH, deputy director of the Southern Kyrgyz Experimental Station, senior researcher at Kirg. NIIZH, director, senior researcher, deputy director of the Republican State Breeding Station, and since 1994 - head of the department at KyrgNIIZH.
Specialist in livestock breeding, physiology, embryology, and genetics. Awarded medals from the USSR and the Kyrgyz Republic. Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000). Published more than 110 scientific works, including 4 monographs and 7 inventions.
Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
