Russian. Born in the city of Vetluga, Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia.
Graduated from KSAHI (1964), postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Animal Husbandry of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz SSR (1972).
Worked as a factory mechanic, livestock specialist at the At-Bashinsky breeding poultry farm, senior livestock specialist at the Main Department of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz SSR, junior researcher, senior researcher at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Animal Husbandry, director of the republican breeding poultry station, and since 1976 - head of the poultry department at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Animal Husbandry of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Specialist in the field of breeding, genetics, and reproduction of agricultural poultry.
Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (1998). Author of the Kyrgyz breed of chickens.
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 7 monographs and 1 invention.
