Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kyk-Kazyk, Talas region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Graduated from KSU (1963), postgraduate studies there (1966).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department at KSU, from 1976 - Director of the Institute of Informatics and Information Technologies of the Ministry of Education, from 1996 - head of the department at KG-MI.
Specialist in the field of thermophysics and the theory of heat and mass transfer in high-temperature processes.
Academician of the International Academy of Informatization (1996), Honorary Academician of the Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2000).
Awarded medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic, the "Manas-1000" medal. Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000). More than 200 scientific works published, including 8 monographs, 3 textbooks, and manuals. Under his supervision, 2 doctoral and 12 candidate dissertations have been defended.
