Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Zher-Yy in the Ton district of the Issyk-Kul region.

Graduated from Frunze Pedagogical Institute (1947), postgraduate studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University (1964). Worked as a teacher, deputy principal, lecturer, head of the department at the Teacher's Institute, KGU, dean of the Correspondence Pedagogical Institute, associate professor at KGU, KZPI, professor, head of the department at KZPI, and since 1989 - consultant at KGPU named after I. Arabayev. Specialist in the field of philology.

Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (1951), the Order of the Patriotic War (1985), medals of the USSR (4),

Honored Teacher of the Kyrgyz SSR (1970). Published more than 40 scientific works, including 14 monographs and 10 textbooks.
