Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kara-Suu, Karasuu District, Osh Region.
Graduated from Osh State Teacher's Institute (1950), Frunze Correspondence Pedagogical Institute (1958).
Worked as a school teacher, district education inspector, head of the district education department, deputy chairman of the district executive committee, chairman of the district executive committee, head of the regional education department, head of the correspondence department, senior lecturer at Osh State Pedagogical Institute, scientific editor at the Kyrgyz SSR Academy of Sciences, senior lecturer, associate professor, and since 1994 - professor at Osh State University.
Specialist in the history of philosophy. Awarded four medals from the USSR. Published over 70 scientific works, including 8 monographs.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
