Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Jal, Nookat District, Osh Region.
Graduated from KSU (1974), also completed postgraduate studies there (1981), and doctoral studies at BGU (1993).
Worked as a teacher in secondary school, laboratory assistant, intern, junior researcher at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor at the PIRI (BGU), head of the department of the Osh regional state administration, chairman of the state commission for religious affairs under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 2001 - professor at TU "Dastan".
Specialist in the field of philosophy and politics. More than 100 scientific works published, including 5 monographs.
