Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kara-Burgen, Ak-Tal District, Naryn Region. Graduated from Przhevalsky State Pedagogical Institute (1969), postgraduate studies at KSU (1976).
Worked as a lecturer at PGPI, junior, senior, leading research fellow, head of the department at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, professor at KGPU, and since 2001 - head of the department, professor at KUSTA. Specialist in the field of theory of knowledge and dialectics.
Academician of the International Public Aitmatov Academy (1998).
Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000). Published more than 70 scientific works, including 7 monographs and 3 textbooks.
