Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Sary-Koo, Kalinin District, Chui Region. Graduated from KSHI (1952).
Worked as the head of the soil erosion protection department at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Soil Science and Chemicalization. Specialist in soil science.
Awarded the Orders of the Red Banner, the Great Patriotic War, and medals of the USSR.
Published over 120 scientific works, including 6 monographs.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations were defended.
