Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kyzyl-Tuu, Uzgen District, Osh Region.
Graduated from KSU (1968), postgraduate studies (1978). Worked as a senior engineer, junior researcher, senior researcher, and since 1992 - head of the laboratory of economic-mathematical methods at the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of discrete optimization and game theory.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
Under his supervision, 1 candidate dissertation has been defended.
