Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Buurakan, Uch-Terek District, Jalal-Abad Region.

Graduated from KGMI (1964), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Regional Medicine of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1967). Worked as a junior researcher, scientific secretary, senior researcher, and since 1975 - head of the laboratory at the Institute of Physiology and Experimental Pathology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in the physiology of endocrine systems in humans and animals under various conditions of the organism.

Published more than 250 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 1 textbook.

Under his supervision, 6 candidate dissertations have been defended.
