Russian. Born in the city of Maloarkhangelsk, Oryol region, RF.
Graduated from the Moscow Zootechnical Institute (1924).
Worked in Moscow and Novosibirsk, Deputy Chairman of the Kirghiz Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences, Vice-President of the Academy of Sciences, Head of the Laboratory of the Institute of Biology and Physiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.
Specialist in the field of increasing pasture productivity.
Awarded the Orders of Lenin, the Red Banner of Labor, the Patriotic War, the Badge of Honor, and medals of the USSR.
Honored Worker of Science of the Kirghiz SSR (1947). Hero of Socialist Labor (1969). More than 130 scientific works published.
