Russian. Born in the city of Odessa.
Graduated from the Moscow Historical-Philosophical Institute (1935).
Worked as a research associate, head of the sector at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.
Specialist in the history of the Great October Socialist Revolution in Kyrgyzstan. Awarded medals of the USSR.
Honored Worker of Science of the Kirghiz SSR (1972).
