Kyrgyz. Born in the city of Karakol, Issyk-Kul region.
Graduated from KSHI (1951), and completed postgraduate studies there (1955).
Worked as an associate professor, head of department, vice-rector, and since 1983 - professor at KSHI.
Specialist in the study of the causes of infertility in cows and the development of measures for its elimination and prevention, as well as conducting artificial insemination of sheep. Honored Worker of Agriculture.
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 4 monographs and 2 inventions.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
