Kazakh. Born in the village of Podgornoye, Lugovoy District, Jambyl Region, Kazakh SSR.
Graduated from Kazakh State Medical Institute (Almaty, 1954), KGMU (1961), postgraduate studies at KNIIOiR (1966). Worked as a surgeon at Tash-Kumyr City Hospital, senior researcher at Kyrgyz Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology, oncologist at the First Republican Clinical Hospital of the Kazakh SSR, senior researcher at Kazakh Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology (Almaty), assistant at the Department of Oncology of Karaganda State Medical Institute, senior researcher, leading researcher at Kyrgyz Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology, assistant, professor at KGMU, and since 1978 - head of the department at the National Center for Oncology.
Specialist in oncology, epidemiology of malignant tumors, and ecology. Honored Doctor of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000).
Published more than 130 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
