Graduated from the Faculty of History of KSU (1958), postgraduate studies at MSU (1961).
Worked as the First Secretary of the Jumgal District Committee of the Komsomol of Kyrgyzstan, Secretary of the Tian-Shan Regional Committee of the Komsomol, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor, Head of the Department, Secretary of the Party Committee of KSU. Specialist in the field of history and political science. Awarded medals of the USSR,
Honorary Certificates from the Supreme Soviet and a Certificate from the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Honored Worker of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993).
Published more than 100 scientific works.
