Worked as a platoon commander, head of the finance department in military unit SAVO, junior researcher, senior researcher at the Institute of Economics, secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, instructor, head of sector, deputy head of department, inspector of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, chairman of the Issyk-Kul District Executive Committee and District Council, deputy chairman of the Naryn Regional Council, chairman of the Permanent Commission of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz Republic, Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic, Committee on Budget and Finance of the ZS of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 2001 - professor at KRSU, KTU "Manas".
Specialist in the fields of agricultural theory and international economics, political science, and commercial law.
Published over 80 scientific works, including 8 monographs and 2 textbooks.
