Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Toru-Aigyr, Issyk-Kul region. Graduated from the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute (1938).
Worked as an inspector of the district education department, teacher, head of the department, dean of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute, head of the sector, director of the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, director of the party institute under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan. Specialist in the history of agrarian relations in Kyrgyzstan.
Awarded the Orders of the Badge of Honor, Friendship of Peoples, medals of the USSR, and a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR.
Honored Worker of Science of the Kirghiz SSR (1971). Published more than 100 scientific works, one of the authors of the “History of the Kirghiz SSR.”
