Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Tamchy, Issyk-Kul region. Graduated from KJPI (1958), postgraduate studies at Kirp NIIIP (1970).
Worked as a teacher at a secondary school, research associate, head of the sector at KirNIIIP, head of the department at KGU, and since 1991 - professor at KGNU. Specialist in the field of pedagogy. Awarded medals of the USSR.
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 8 monographs and educational-methodical manuals.
Under her supervision, 9 candidate dissertations have been defended.
