Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Sary-Kamysh, Aksu District, Issyk-Kul Region. Graduated from KGU (1953), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1956).
Worked as a junior researcher, senior researcher, scientific secretary, head of the laboratory, director of the Institute, and since 1997 - Chief Scientific Secretary of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of physicochemical analysis and biogeotechnology.
Academician of the International Academy of Sciences for Ecology, Human Safety, and Nature (1999). Awarded the USSR medal, a certificate of honor (1975), and an honorary certificate from the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR (1980), the "Dank" medal of the Kyrgyz Republic (2001). Included in the International Directory of Outstanding Leaders by the American Biographical Institute, awarded the Gold Medal (1999).
Laureate of the J. Balasagyn Prize (1988). Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (1991). Published over 290 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 3 textbooks, and 14 author certificates.
Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 30 candidate dissertations have been defended.
