Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Bosteri, Issyk-Kul District, Issyk-Kul Region. Graduated from KGMI.

Worked as an assistant, associate professor, head of the Department of Pathological Physiology, and dean of the Sanitary and Hygienic Faculty of KGMI. Specialist in the study of functional shifts in the circulatory and respiratory systems during blood loss and pathology of the heart's valve apparatus.

Awarded medals of the USSR and a Certificate of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Published over 100 scientific works, including 4 monographs.

Under his supervision, 2 doctoral and 6 candidate dissertations were defended.
