Graduated from Frunze Pedagogical Institute (1937), postgraduate studies (1939).
Worked as head of the department at the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, at the Institute of Water Management, VNIIKAMS. Specialist in hydrochemistry.
Awarded orders and medals for World War II, Order of the Red Star.
Published more than 150 scientific works, including one monograph.
Under his supervision, 6 candidate dissertations were defended.
