Azerbaijani. Born in the city of Ganja, Azerbaijan SSR.
Graduated from the Azerbaijan Agricultural Institute (1951), postgraduate studies at the State Institute of Veterinary Dermatology (Moscow, 1955).
Worked as Deputy Director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Veterinary Medicine, Head of Department, Dean of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute, Head of Department at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Higher Education, since 2000 - Professor at the Institute of Continuing Education of KGNU.
Specialist in veterinary parasitology and epidemiology.
Awarded the medal of the USSR.
Published more than 110 scientific works, including 5 monographs.
Under his supervision, 3 doctoral and 10 candidate dissertations were defended.
