Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kalba, Talas District, Talas Region.
Graduated from KSHI (1973), postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry (1979).
Worked as an agronomist at a state farm, junior researcher, senior researcher, head of the laboratory at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Soil Science, head of the Agricultural Department at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Innovative Technologies, senior researcher at the Kyrgyz National Institute of Pastures and Forage, deputy head of the State Inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic, associate professor, head of the Department of Agriculture, head of the Department of Soil Science, and since 2002 - Vice-Rector for Distance Learning at KAU named after K.I. Skryabin. Specialist in soil science, agrochemistry, ecology, and agriculture.
Published more than 130 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 2 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
